Overview:
We are seeking entry level and motivated Production Team Members to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting the production team to fulfill custom online orders where users upload digital images and we create custom mounted wall art in sizes up to 5ft x 10ft . Experience handling delicate items and prints, assembling and fabricating products, packaging and shipping orders, and printing or picture framing experience are all beneficial. This is a production-based role that requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task on different projects and doing different roles
Responsibilities:
- Use basic utility knives to build high-quality shipping boxes to ensure products are not damaged in transit
- Unloading deliveries; must be able to carry a minimum of 60lbs
- Prepping substrates for mounting and cutting
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Previous production or shipping experience in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and the ability to learn fast on the job
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
